I'm addicted... I joined Baja Beach several years ago to get my summertime tan. However, I discovered that they offered many other practices besides tanning. I've always been drawn to holistic practices and when I learned they had Red Light Therapy and the Cocoon Wellness Pod, I was onboard! The benefits are amazing. I've had two shoulder surgeries, and this has definitely helped with scarring, inflammation, and pain. I also workout on a regular basis and it helps with muscle recovery between workouts and the infrared red heat is wonderful. Cryotherapy was just introduced, and I had to try it even though I was skeptical of the cold. It's awesome and maybe my favorite services now. I feel better, sleep better, recovery from workouts is faster, and I have less fatigue. The Well-Fit speaks for itself - I've seen amazing results. My skin is hydrated, and I can definitely see a difference in the elasticity and fine lines from using it.
